Tent setups are encouraged: space will be provided on 1st come 1st serve registration basis. Materials are not provided – tables, chairs, etc.
Price: All nonprofit vendors can setup at no fee. Merchant vendors setup fee is $25.
Setup Time: Vendors should arrive to setup between 9:30am – 11:00am.
Electricity: This outdoor event supplies no electrical plug ins. In some cases, electricity can be arranged, but not guaranteed.
Stage and Sound: There will be live deejay and/or PA system and microphone where announcements can and will be made. Entities are encouraged to bring printed announcements that can be used to convey messaging about community resources available through any of the various service organizations present.

Our 2019 POP Up series will also feature NC CIVIL’s new “Community Parents’ Group” that will aim to strengthen our community’s parent network by providing a comfortable setting where residents can share experience & information with each other for the betterment of our community and our young people.
