Open Volunteer Spots: Unlimited
Volunteers can come spend the day at the NC CIVIL office and/or around the neighborhoods we serve. New volunteers can receive introduction and orientation to NC CIVIL and learn how our volunteer opportunities work. After orientation, new volunteers are welcome to stay and help around the office – cleaning, organizing, or supporting community engagement activities. On select Wednesdays, we also head outside for neighborhood canvassing, including community cleanup and information distribution – typically in the form of door hanging.
Orientation is at 1:30pm and community outreach typically goes from 3-6p.
